My education
I was trained by Stark auch ohne Muckis, the leading institute for bullying prevention and child and youth empowerment. From playfully strengthening early childhood resilience to supporting older adults, I offer customized training concepts for people of all ages – from 3 to 99. My offerings include specialized training in the areas of bullying prevention and conflict resolution, stress management and test anxiety, resilience and life skills, as well as assertiveness and clear boundaries.

The training in detail
In my courses, children learn through active participation how to respond calmly and clearly to insults, provocations, unwanted restraints, and threats of violence. At the same time, they learn how to build a strong, positive self-image through positive beliefs and a conscious inner attitude. A healthy mindset and the realization that our thoughts possess immense power are essential for promoting the good in life.
An appreciative togetherness
The training takes place as a group. This not only strengthens each child's individual resilience but also intensifies the sense of community. The children learn to resolve conflicts together and develop common strategies that promote respectful interaction.
Recommendation for sustainable change
Given that one in three children between the ages of 6 and 10 suffers from conflict, bullying, and violence, I recommend booking the training for a longer period of time. Only by strengthening the children's social skills can positive interaction be fostered in the long term – for a stress-free, healthy, and successful future for our children.
